Noakes Construction: Catering for the provision of extensions, conversion or refurbishment of existing property to new build homes as well as smaller projects such as renovations and general building activities. Whether it is with budget costs or a full and detailed Schedule of works.

Noakes Developments: Catering for the provision of residential, commercial and specialist application property development. Specialising in the development (new build) and re-development (conversion) of traditionally styled properties through to modern contemporary homes.

Noakes Electrical Contractors (E.N. Electrical): Experienced in all types of electrical contracting, operating either as a main or sub contractor

Noakes Design: Offer a design and management solution for clients wishing to develop individual homes, premises or extend existing property. This includes the preparation of plans and drawings for Local Authority Planning Applications together with Building regulation applications. A design and drawing service is available for clients who wish to carry out building works themselves or engage other contractors.

Our planning and construction services cater for any customer requirement, with the business excelling at small domestic renovations right through to large scale commercial projects.
